7.4.16 We hope everyone is enjoying this holiday with their friends and family.  July 4th can be very stressful for dogs with the fireworks.  It is also the busiest day for shelters with stray dogs coming in.

A few reminders for keeping dogs safe on this day:

1.  Stay home with your dogs if you can
2.  Keep dogs inside
3.  Close curtains
4.  Put on the stereo or tv
5.  If your dog gets extremely stressed during this holiday, consult with your veterinarian about possible remedies.
